July 28th Meeting Updates (copy of email sent)

We had only a small group but so far he is the agreed ideas:

 

Utica Hotel (Teri and I have a meeting with them to discuss options, we also need to know if there is already money available from the last to use as a down payment for reservations)

 

1. Sit down dinner with choice of entrée,

2. 3 hour open bar(1 hour before and 2 hours after dinner),

3. dj (already contacted to do 80 on music)

4. knights castle sculptured ice centerpiece in middle of room with led lights in the moat creating mist

5. the whole affair being themed as “Silver Anniversary”, that being said, no jeans, tshirts, suits/ties and gowns only.

6. We have designed the centerpieces for each table already

7. we have silver keychains engraved with each persons name

8. there will be a choice of 4 appetizers that will be passed by servers on silver trays.

9. We are currently working on the new yearbook, which will be distributed on cd/dvd as a pdf digital file. The new yearbook will have a scanned image from 1984   
   and then whatever info each person wants to add. Each classmate will have a full page. I am thinking of using (as suggested by Austin Trask) classmates.com profile
   questions to use a questionnaire.

10. So far it is agreed that the charge will be $100/person $175/couple

 

We are still missing many new email addresses as many of them came back to me.

 

I think that is all for now.. I will let you know when the next meeting is.
